In Teamupp, your activity feed can show two types of entries:
- Synced activities: Automatically imported from a connected app (like Google Fit, Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, etc.)
- Manual activities (declarations): Activities you enter yourself, in case you didn’t track them with a watch or app
This article explains how to manually declare an activity.
⚠️ Important: Not all challenges allow manual entries. If this option is disabled by your company or challenge organizer, you won’t see the button to add an activity.
✅ Steps to Manually Add an Activity
- Open the Teamupp app
- Go to the Activity tab (bottom menu)
- Tap the “+” icon in the top right corner
→ If you don’t see the icon, your challenge doesn’t allow manual entries - Select the type of activity (e.g. walking, cycling, yoga, etc.)
- Enter the duration of your session
- If applicable, enter the distance covered
- Tap “Confirm” to save the activity
⚠️ Is your activity showing as gray?
If the activity you added appears gray, it means it wasn’t accepted because it didn’t meet Teamupp’s criteria.
Common reasons:
- The activity was too fast to be realistic
- The duration was too short or too long
- It's a duplicate of another activity already in your feed
