🔍 Where to Find Your Score
You can view your score in two main places within the Teamupp app:
- In the Activity tab, you’ll see your total accumulated points and your position on the leaderboard.
- In the Individual Leaderboard, you can compare your score with other participants.
❌ My Score Doesn’t Look Right – What Should I Do?
Before reaching out to us, here are a few things to check:
1️⃣ Could It Be Team Points?
In some challenges, points can be earned collectively and are only awarded to the team, not to individuals.
👉 Example: If your team completes a group challenge and earns 160 points, those points will go directly to the team’s total. You won’t see them in your personal score — and that’s totally normal.
