Forgot your password or just want to set a new one? Here are two ways to do it, depending on your situation:
✅ 1. From the login screen (if you're logged out)
If you're not logged in to the app:
- On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?”
- Enter the email address linked to your Teamupp account
- Tap “Send me a security code”
- Check your inbox 📩 for the code we sent
- Follow the on-screen instructions and set your new password
⚙️ 2. From the app (if you're already logged in)
If you're already logged in to the Teamupp app:
- Go to the Profile tab and tap the Settings icon (⚙️)
- Tap on Account Information
- Select Change my password
- Follow the instructions to choose a new password
❗ Not receiving the code?
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your Teamupp account
