Sports activities such as walking, running and cycling earn points for every step or kilometer covered.
To add an activity, simply go to the tab > "ACTIVITY" and add your performance by clicking on the > "+" button in the top right-hand corner of your screen. All that's left to do is fill in the details of your activity.
Some of your activities are recorded automatically: activities calculated by your health app already present on your phone.
If you don't see these automatic activities, your app may not yet be synchronized. In this case, please consult our related article on our Help Center.

Are the activities recorded on your health app not being transferred to your counter?
Here are a few steps to check and reactivate (if necessary) the synchronization of your activities.
1. You've just connected your sports app to our system
- Only activities performed after your sports app has been connected to our system can be added.
- If the activities are not displayed, it's highly likely that you haven't linked the correct account of your sports application to our system. This can happen if you regularly use two different e-mail addresses.
2. Your sports app is or has been disconnected
If you haven't already done so, (de)connect your sports app by following the steps in our dedicated article. The connection may need updating.
3. Your activity feed is empty?
You may have created another Teamupp account by mistake. To retrieve your activities, disconnect from this account and reconnect using the correct e-mail address.
4. Synchronizing your activities can sometimes take time
In some cases, you can refresh your activity feed on our application by scrolling through the list. After 24 hours, this may be due to another reason.
5. You may have deleted an activity from your counter by mistake.
